How much of a shot should I use with that motor

I'm assuming it's in a 72 Dart, is it stock or what? We really need some more info than that...

It is a 72 dart custom 318 4 door and it is stock but I'am planing on putting a intake and carb first.

No more than a 100. The stock cast pistons, rods, and bolts can't take it.
