Need to find 70's movie with an old Dodge Van the driver was a highway killer

I have been looking and other people I know as well have been trying to find this 70's movie that may have had a old Dodge Van in it. The movie was about this highway killer that drove a van and killed people on the interstate. He always played load music on his stereo when he ran people down and killed them.

You could never see the drive because I think he had a 2-way mirrow windsheild. You could see out of it but not in. If I remember correctly he lived with his mother or sister or aunt, something like that and when the investagators went into his room they found newspaper clippngs on his wall of the people he had killed.
That is all I can remember about this movie. I may have gotton some of the info wrong. It has been way back in the 70's when I last saw it.

Can anyone help me find this movie or know the name of it or any of the people who stared in it???

I saw that movie, I think that it is "the Van", came out after "the car" not very good.

That was "Death Car on the Freeway", a late '70s TV movie. The killer drove a Dodge van, and Shelly Hack, who played the TV reporter who took a evasive driving course, drove a Datsun 260Z. Lame movie.
