I am refering to a tool called a Scanguage which can be seen at scanguage.com. Does anyone have any feedback on this? It allmost sounds too good to be true for $99.99.

A friend did buy the guage. It reads just a bit high on mpg, it takes more gallons to refill the tank than the guage indicated were consumed. Other sites seem to think that by inputing a larger engine size than actual the guage can be fine tuned. Ill get one as soon as I have a vehicle 96 or newer with the proper OBD port. It is no problem to apply a corretion factor. We tried it out on a 2L 4 cyl on a section of the Interstate that was slightly downhill and with a light wind from the rear. Under those ideal conditions it showed that 60mph = 39mpg and 80mph=31mpg. It takes about 25% more fuel to run 80mph than at 60mph.
