Neon suspension questions
I was just wondering if anyone may know if other front end suspension parts will bolt and fit on a Neon other than the factory stock ones? I have a 96 Neon, and was wondering if perhaps Caravan A arms, spindles and struts may fit on? I've heard about doing that on Chargers. I know they may be a little wider... The main reason I would like to do this is because I circle track race with it on asphalt, and was hoping to get some suspension componets that may be a little more durable than the stock.

The stock pieces should be fine. You will also find that the neon uses the same struts as teh old Chargers that we circle track with. The Carvan brake swap on the Charger was a great idea and really helps it to stop. Not shure if they will fit the Neon though.

I'd go with a set of anti sway bars, struts and springs out of a neon acr from a junkyard. Urethane bushings, and motor mount inserts aren't too pricey. You can even get good deals on strut tower braces on Ebay. www.modernperformance.com www.howellautomotive.com
