Fuel line plumbing
Installed a 360 in a '72 dart. Time to route gas line. Gas tank has second connection for (vent?) Should I eliminate charcol/evap? canister and connect second fuel filter connection to tank vent? Whats the best , simplest plumbing arrangement. Searched archives. Can't find info in any of my pile of books. Thanks.

Get rid of the canister. Use a fuel filter without the vapor return line. You can just out a filter on the vent line from the tank, or plug it and use a vented fuel cap or vent your own cap with a small drill bit through the center of it.

Could use the second tank port for a bypass fuel line. Or get slick and put an electric pump off that line and a check valved T so you can pump the bowls up on the battery and run it off the mechanical pump. Maybe too much work...
