Exclamation

Either the pump went away or the relay-could be a bare wire shorted to ground?

the pump is unpluged, checked wires to where they go thru body(back seat) ok, and where it runs into pwr dist box( eng compartment) everything looks good , dont have a good working multimeter. so it must be in the harness? i guess ill have him take to a elect shop unless anyone has a idea of whats next thanks mike

So its still blowin fuses with the pump unplugged? All you need is a test probe to find where voltage is and isnt.
