Default compression

Compression test on high mileage 360 sb shows 120 psi to 135 psi on all but #6 cylinder which shows 150 psi consistently. Adjacent #4 and #8 show 120 psi. Am I ok or is this one high reading trying to tell me something I don't want to hear?

You've got 7 warn out cylinders and 1 good one. May be time for a rebuild. How many miles on the engine? Does it burn oil? Do a cylinder leak-down test - it may tell you more.
