Default Radiator Fans not working

Hello, I'm new to this club and have a BLACK COLOURED 1998 NEON 2.0 SOHC LX.

I was driving in the city yesterday and noticed the engine temperature guage went into the red... I shut off the engine and upon checking under the bonnet discovered that the electric fans on the radiator were not working with the ignition on/off.

I checked the fuse ( 30 A.) it is fine ! Any ideas.. ? Obviously these fans are tripped on by a thermo switch ,,and/or relay ... where are these and where can I get replacements in the UK ?

Default Rad Fan Inop

The problem with the fans is the fan relay located under the fan itself or its wiring harness to the relay.
