Default A body bolt pattern

My 69 swinger has 14" stock rims on it, and I'm trying to find out what the bolt pattern is, 4 or 4.5??
Thanks in advance.

If it's stock, 4". 4" through '72 then switched to 4.5" 73-on.

I Have A 73 Swinger, Coded For A March 73 Build And It Has
5 On 4" Pattern From Factory. The Only Thing That Was Done
To This Car Before I Bought It Was Painted A Nasty Green And
Intake And Carb Was Replaced.

Well, how bout that... maybe it was only disk brake cars? I know 73-up disk A-bodies are supposed to have 4.5". My '72 has the 4-piston Kelsey Hayes disk setup and it is 4".

All A-bodys through 1976 with drum brakes had 5 on 4 bolt pattern. large bolt pattern started in 1973 with disc brakes only. I'm in the process of going large bolt on my 76 swinger.

Idea

Look at the wheel studs. 4" pattern will have 7/16" studs and 4.5 will have 1/2' studs.
