75 dart suspension top shock mounts are worn out - Moparchat

i was trying to find out if i could take out my rear shocks and install air bags between the frame and the leaf spring. can this be done

No, it can't. You have to have some type of shock on any car. Air bags are not shocks and the mount wont hold the weight of the car either. It was not designed for that.
