Dana 44 to Spicer 1350 - Yoke Wanted

Hi

I have a Salisbury 4HA rear axel that is fitted with Dana 44 internals (Motive Gear 3.54).

Does anyone know where I can get a "Dana 26 spline to Spicer 1350 Pinion Yoke"?

Failing this does anyone know where I can get a "1350 flange yoke" to "1310 companion flange" adapter plate ?
