Default Just a question.....

I've been trying to get a freeze plug out of a 318 in my Dart. It won't budge. I think I have chipped my and it still won't budge. Anyone ever have one that just won't move? I've even took my torch and heated it but no luck.
I'm going to pull the motor next.
