Default PRE 67 RB MOPAR Pushrods and Lifters

They list lifters and pushrods differently for the early RB engines 413, 426w, and early 440. the earlier parts are more expensive as well. I was guessing, and I think I'm right, that I can use the 68 and later lifters and pushrods. I just have to use them together , does that sound right?

Yes, you are right. If you add the 67' lifter/push rod lenth it is the same as the 68' and later lifter/push rod lenth. I did it to the 67' 440 thats in my 70 Swinger. JWH

The difference in the '67 and earlier pushrod is the smaller size of the lower ball end and the accompanying socket in the lifter.

Thanks, I'll use the later lifters & pushrods. I'm upgrading with a mild cam so I'll get new pushrods as well.
