Question 91 360 cam upgrade??

on another post i read that the TBI is not a good choice for higher performance engines, so i have a Q
my wifes ramcharger is a 91, 360, auto, 3.55's. it has 108,000 on it now, and i figured this summer i was going to give it a valve job, and a new cam/timing chain. i was gonna clean up the ports, 3 angle valve job. the cam was gonna be a crane 260/270 429/452 hyd roller. I had bought it for a bud who decided he didnt have enough money for it
anyway, i was also gonna pull the cat, and X pipe it w flowmasters.
i guess my Q is, is this cam too big for the computer to handle? its my wifes ride, so i cant have it dying, or being a pain.

I'm not sure what the stock computer can handle or who might re-burn it to accept the cam and other changes, but you can have decent power by performing all other upgrades to it so long as there not over the top wild.

The old tricks still work. (Bolt ons.) And things like an MSD. Open air cleaner might work up top. Free up the exhaust, lite mill of the heads, etc....

might take .020 off the heads, sounds like a plan.
