It would be helpful if you were a little more clear on your question(s).

I think that I know what your getting at, so... You can replace the FORD kickdown extension with a Holley - MOPAR kickdown extension.

The one with the ford kickdown is a different part number carb than the regular "holley" style one. It's not a bolt on accesory.

Buy the right one for your application.

What is the application?
Car?motor? camspecs? gears? etc.

I'm not trying to talk you out of a demon. I'm saying the ones with ford linkage were a different number, with the linkage on them from the factory.

I almost bought one myself, and was advised against it, by demon guru Don Gould.

In any case, you left your displacement off of your description.

With that cam, a speed demon would seem to be in order. If it's a 340 though 400, probably a 650 speed demon would be most desireable. If it's a 440 then a 750 speed demon.

The road demon and road demon jr, are stock replacement carb's.
