motorworks????
i was at my independently owned napa today, they have had a 87 318 with 302's on a stand for a display for about 5 years now. i was picking on it being all fuzzy, and the owner said he's sell it cheap, well, its a 1700$ motor, and he'd let it go for half. is that a good deal? it needs to be dissassembled and re-cleaned cause its been open for ever. i never dealt with motorworks, or ever got my hands on a non local rebuild, does anyone know anything about htese?
i do know it has a silent stock timing chain on it |

Half price, it's worth it, even if you do have to tear it down and recheck everything. Besides, build it into your next race truck engine ... LOL!!

no, were goin linbored/decked/ported/milled/oil modded/trayed/cammed/and internally balanced 360 for the racetruck, remember? why screw with a 318? i wanna go fast!
i might snatch it up though, cant hurt to have a rebiuit in a bag, like i need ANOTHER 318 it is a roller motor, so, theres some potential |
