Default Trans identify please........

I need to identify my trans out of my 69 Dart. I want to know what year it is because the engine is a 1979 318 and don't know if the trans is the same as it would be a lock-up converter.

The valve body appears to be a 74 although I'm not sure. It has 74 stamped near the part number of 3743158

the case has these numbers on the shifter side 9 PK3681862 4644 2189

I also found thes numbers on the 076965

and 4A245947

The tail shaft looks like it is from a 70 as it has that stamped near the rear.

Any help?

PK3681862 4644 2189

PK= Plant Komomo (Indiana)

3681862= A 727 from a '74 B or C body with a 318 or 360-2

4644= Tax day 1974

2189= Sequence number, the 2189th built that day

4A245947 is the partial VIN of a '74 car built at the Lynch Road assembly plant (B bodies)

Red face My Fault!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I couldn't see the forest for the trees. I was told when I bought the car it had a 904. Stupid me didn't LOOK at it. I even went and bought seals, gaskets and filter for a 904.
Major BRAIN FART.

Thanks for the wake up. Now I get to go get the right stuff.
