Default What to request in A999 rebuild (I have no idea)

Hope you guys can make some suggestions. Having found a good shop to rebuild my A999 to live behind a mild 360, I need to know what should be going into it. I'm totally ignorant about trans internals. The guys at the shop said all consumables plus a stage 1 shift kit. Which is the best brand? Are there better clutches to be had than the standard OEM ones? My 5th Ave is currently running an almost stock 318, but the 360 is calling . Obviously it would be best to wait until the 360 is done, but I JUST started tear-down on it and have no new parts yet, and the 5th Ave is my daily driver. SO I need to get the beast back on the road with the 318 still in.
Thanks

Clead, I'm surprised your shop didn't give you the content details of your re-build. SMR Transmissions in Brantford, ON has a good website with details of their various kits and what they contain, as well as prices in $C. www.smrtrans.tripod.com. TCI should have details on their site as well.

I just purchased my A500 from GearHead Transmissions. It has the 5 gear planetary set installed, xtrawide kevlar bands and a shift kit...on the stock stall. Your builder should be able to recommend what you might need done to yours. An if you wanna check out GearHead heres there url http://www.gearheadtransmissions

Actually, I wanted to hear what you guys had to say about this before I discussed it with them. I wanna make sure all the recommendations aside from stock parts are sound decisions .
Thanks for the replies guys!
