Default Intakes

I would like to know if a 77series K&N intakes will fit with a airaid throttle body spacer. Airaid said that their intake and a few other were the only one that fit, but they didn't say which ones.

Sounds like this belongs in a different forum.
Never heard of "Airaid" intakes.
Never seen a throttle body spacer.

He is not talking about a intake manifold, but a "carb hat" with a tube too the airfilter, or something like that.
You know, the thing that make a honda gain 150hp, so it is up to 145...

(C'mon guys, take it easy...funny Honda comment though!).

Hi Trey, need to know the vehicle year, engine, etc. over here in the perf section. Way too wide of an audience to assume that all will know you are asking about your late model Ram. Most Ram perf questions are best posed in the Ram Truck forum, almost every late model Ram perf part has been tried and tested and virtues (or lack thereof) expounded upon in that forum.

I just re-read that, and I mixed that up a bit.
The K&N thing is what I was thinking about( and airaid makes them too)
The spacer is just a spacer I guess, and it would move the tb to an other place than stock. Did I get it right now??????
I think any "air intake" could be tweaked to fit with the spacer installed, as long as it fit under the hood.

And I didn´t mean to be mean to trey, just the ricer guys...Sorry if you felt that way..

It wasn't mean yet, and yours was funny (bash on ricers anyitme as far as I'm concerned!) but I could just feel a big piling on about to happen if ya know what I mean....

I am pretty sure the spacer mentioned is between the tb and the manifold, makes linkage and hose connections tight sometimes.

I just have a feeling that the Ram forum would probably yield quicker responses to this one.

I did have it there but the Admin. moved it here. I also thought that you could click on my profile and see what kind of truck I drive. I thought that was the whole purpose of the profile????

Is the spacer under the throttlebody, or between the tb and injectors?
Did you figure it out?
