Default Compression

I want to know what the compression would be with the mopar performance 360 pre magnum shortblock 9.5:1 compression with edelbrock 63cc combustion chamber heads.

There are all kinds of compression caculators on the web Ross piston site has one abd so does FBO site but you are going to need exact numbers of the different variables to get it exact

I got a 10-1 short block, it was garbage. Save your money and send it out to a good shop.

No, I'm not saying that. Thats putting words into my mouth. Re-read what I wrote.
Take your current engine to a machine shop/engine builder.
If you don't have one, get one. It's worth the expense.

Rumble is just saying that Ma Mopar has had numerous problems in the QC department regarding crate engine and short blocks, I would have it checked..
Also its hard to say, we need more info like piston to deck height, head gasket bore thickness chamber volume, also the basics bore, stroke, volume of valve relifs etc. get that and we can help.

my father got that same engine. Runs 10:60's in the quater in a #3100 duster. no problems at all. just look it over when you get it. i'd recomend it with my expirences with it.
