That's correct. Next time mark them, cause they need to go on in order and they need to be turned a certain direction too.

how would they need to be turned?, i was also wondering i bought some used pistons from a guy my dad knew their std. bore flat tops and i got some .024-.028 mp performance head gaskets i was wondering what this would bring my compression ratio to and would i need to do anything to the pistons prior to installing them? and what would it be if i mill some off the heads? and with the ratio raised i need some suggetions on something close for a cam i have about 150 to go towards cam, lifters, and pushrods.

Flat top Kb's with reliefs and heads milled about .035 will get you close to 10.5:1 on a .030 overbore with X,J,U, or O heads. Depends on the head gaskets too, but that gives you a good idea. You can do a google search for compression calculators and use one of them to get a lot closer using your specs. Stock pushrods will be fine. Get a dual pattern cam that has mroe duration and/or lift on the exhaust side. This will let the heads work much better for you.
