Default Another Solid lifter question

Whats up with these "pressure fed" solid lifters, is this a new design? Could you drill and chamfer your own if they are so good (2 blind .024 galleys, yikes!)

Its a good idea. But that ring is way too big for a dodge. It will have to be located in the right spot so its never uncovered. The 4.7 in my Dakota has the same idea but the cam fills with oil and the lobes have holes.
