340 engine with 904 transmission for sale. 340 has mildly ported, 3-angle valve job "J" heads (2.02 valves) and an edelbrock aluminum intake. engine is fully assembled ready to go with steel crank, 7 quart milidon oil pan, distributor, water pump, 1-5/8" headers, pump-gas combo with a mild hyd. (.485 I think) cam. fresh from machine shop. ***Transmission is a low-planetary 904 rollerized with a reverse manual valve body, deep pan and a custom converter matched to this engine. transmission is also ready to install.
