need rodbolt specs HELP PLZ!
well the machine shop installed my ARP wavelock rodbolts & resized my rods on my 383 then lost my torque specs & instructions.I have no clue how many #s,steps,been told that they have to be run down three times to seat properly. what up w/that? I'm at a stand still and ready to loose it.

hello, you can torque them to 50 #, three times. I usually torque them at 40 #, then 50 #. twice. according to ARP manual, this is the torque they recommend.

its not that simple the which lube will make a diff, some cal for moly lube number, some cal for straight 10w30 engine oil, as the manufactor's. Have you run down the web page for info?

thanks guys ran em down a few times to 50#s w/ the arp lube i got her all buttoned up now just waitin for ups to bring the tins. thanks again
