Default Piston rings

I am using 4,375 bore pistons. I have childs&albert's piston ring..
They say that end gap shoul be 0.004 per inch of bore..
So is it that 0.004 ot 4.375*0.004=0,0175
how much end gap should be?

Yes, if you use their formula, it is 4.375 X .004 = .0175. (seventeen and a half thousandths.)
