Need help trying to ID this cam

I'm trying to figure what kind of cam I just pulled out of a 340. The only markings on the cam are the numbers 1136 embossed between the last lobe and the last bearing journal. Had a yellow stripe painted around it. And the numbers 1654 stamped into the rear face. All I can tell is that its a hydraulic cam. Thanks
