Default Green 10" Torque Converter

Sorry but, does anyone know what brand and stall this TQ is?
It is 10 inches at the bell, not starter gear.
It is out of a 440 727 combo.
The only ID numbers are RG 130H.
Was told it stalls @ 4500.
Never really tested it and it is out of the car now.
Thanks for any and all replys.
Steve
