Default Will I pass Colorado Emmisions?!

OK super tech guys out there. I've got a Ram with a 5.9 Magnum. It was left sitting for over a year and now has valve seal problems (burning oil). I'm using this as an excuse to put a little more power in. The problem Im having is that no one can tell me if this is going to pass emissions! I've called everyone including the Dodge help line, my local dealer and emmisions center. Here's what I want to do. Cam P5249549 (mild duration but higher than stock) intake P500782 (single plane MPI), heads P5007145 (magnum R/T), 1.6 roller valve train, 9.1 pistons, and a performance ECM from Mopar. None of these parts are stock, of course, and they're all Mopar Prformance. I'm going to need this for work and for play, so it's gotta be emissions legal. If anyone has done this mod to a later model like mine and ha any idea, help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello from Fondis. I'm about 40 miles NE of Colorado Springs. I don't have a technical answer for you, but I didn't know the Springs needed an E-Test. Are you sure you even have to do one? Up here in Elbert County we don't need the test at all...

Yeah, its required right now in El Paso county. There is talk of doing away with it soon, but who knows? With my luck, it'll get stricter!

It's been required in the Springs for a long time. I know that I had to do emissions testing, when I lived there back in '97.

I know that there is a shop just outside of the springs (heading towards security), that will make you pass. If the vehicle fails, you have a free followup test. He leaves you hooked up to the analyzer and starts tweaking until you pass. Then he does the free test. I think that I paid about $25 for him to get my (now) ex-wifes car to pass. It was a couple of simple tweaks (less than 15 minutes).

Thanks for the help. I'm pretty sure I know which shop you're talking about...

My ex may have the information in her car. It has been driven/registered since I left CO. So, there is a good chance that the paperwork is in the console.

All that I remember is that you take Academy Blvd south. Take a left on Drennan Rd. Then a right onto the Hancock Expressway. I know that he was less than 5 minutes from that point. Other than that, I don't remember anything more.
