Angry American Idol MOPAR OUTRAGE!!!

Did anyone catch the latestFord Video on American Idle? It is a discrace and obscenity for MOPAR lovers. It is Ford's short commercial with all the "Idlers" pushing what looks like a '66 Coronet into a paint booth and trashing it unmercifully! THEN, to make it worse, it insinuates that it somehow is converted into some little ford econobox! See this perverted clip at the AmericanIdol site, and look for Ford videos.
Can we protest? (American flags only, please.)

Yep, sure is a Coronet, probably so rotten its worthless though, did you see the giant pile of rot fall out of the wheel well? Do you really think anyone at American Idol cares about a Dodge Coronet though? Its a bunch of Idiots on the most annoying TV show ever created. F them, and F Ford, if they did that to a car that was in great shape, Id probably be complaining, but that car looked like it was stripped of anything that had value, and from the amount of rust that fell out from just one good whack on the quartepanel, Id say the car is hosed. Im from the rust belt, so I have a pretty good idea of what you find when rust falls out in those amounts.

Was windering if anyone else caught that.

Even my wife asked about it, wondering why a Dodge was able to turn into a Ford.

I wouldn't watch one of those shows on a bet. hate that crap. I don't watch any of that so called reality t.v. Amazing race, the geeks, American Inventor, the batchelor, all that stuff stinks. It's cheap tp produce so thats why they go with it. I also can't stand all the Nanny shows where the English Nanny comes into some house where the parents are such idiots only some fool from across the pond can straighten their house out.

True, but I still like to think of my old Dodges as pure YANKEE MOPAR babies!
Maybe we can chip in and offer a FURD econobox for a Barrett or Armalite .50 Cal destruction video in retaliation!

When we did our first all Mopar car show we decided to have a Mustang Egg toss. I had a friend who had a beat down old Mustang II. He brought it on a trailer set it up (parked it). We charged 1.00 for two eggs (all money went to a local food pantry). We went through 15 dozen eggs (ran out of eggs). Everyone had a great time. The Mustang guys found out about it a few days later and were really pissed. They swore revenge on a Mopar but nothing has happened since (4 years). LOL

Rusty old non-running Mopar = new Ford... sounds right to me.

It was Ford's way of taking a stab at Chrysler, they're looking towards the future and they know the new Challenger is going to **smoke** the Mustang.
