Default Water in all cylinders

I have a 360 in a dodge dart that is getting water in all 8 cylinders. After tearing the top end down I can see no evidense of a problem. All the gaskets looked good.It does have an aluminum intake.Im going to take the heads in to get checked for cracks but before i did wondered if anyone had any suggestions.Does anyone think the intake could have cracked? There is no evidence of water in the oil.Found the problem when i saw water/antifreeze running out of the header collectors after the engine warmed up and built up pressure.

When did you see the water in the cylinders, after you popped the heads? Might of cracked the intake between the water distribution castings and the 1/2 runners, but you would have had a ton of white steam coming from the exhaust. a head gasket would do that but would generally bias the side that was blown, but may distribute a little to the other bank via the intake. Could the water be coming from a header bolt, dripping down the exterior of the header? that or an overheated motor that warped both heads. Sounds kinda bad any way you look at it.

I suppose a crack in an intake runner(ion the head) would potentially have this problem.

Most would go through one whole, but some throught the rest also.

Realistically, if it seems to be very even through all the cylinders, I would think that it would have to be the intake.

I have seen it on a chevy but not a mopar.

When you tore it down, was there any visable coolant in the intake manifold?

Default This makes no sense to me.........

More investigation is required. Unless you got the motor so hot it cracked ALL cyc's it can't happen as I see it.

Just thinking out loud.
