Default 440 Stalling

I have a 1973 Roadrunner GTX, 440. the engine runs great on the open road, but when I get in town it stall. Like it not getting enough gas. The only way I can keep it running is to keep the throttle down. I have replaced the fuel pump with a high output Holley and moved the coil over to the fender wall. I have added a heat riser under the carburator. Any suggestions?
