Default what pistons to buy

Its time to buy some pistions.what brand of pistions do you guys suggest I buy? I am building a 495 hp 1972 360. I am having the 2.02 j heads ported to flow 260 cvm, The cam that came in the motor is 305 H 10. The intake is a 340 torker II with a 800 dp holley. I have no idea why the guy i bought the car from put all this in a motor and didnt change the stock pistions. He told me it had 10 to 1 compression, but when i took a compression test all i had was 90 to 95 pounds so i took the heads off. Man i was mad as hell when i seen stock pistons. Well anyway what do you guys think its going in a 1972 dart swinger with electric fuel pump,8.75 rear end with 489 case with 488 gears. Do you guys think i can get into the high 11 with this setup?

Street car or strip car?

Street car can live with a set of KB hyperU's. The zero deck pistons with J heads are just under 10-1. Might need a little help in the octane department.

Race car, should go with a fordged set of slugs. Flat tops would be easiest to deal with. Any dome on the piston to help add some compresion should be looked at closely and machined proper.

The TorkerII Can power the car to 11's. (High) Some plenum work would be good to help balance the intake.
