440 or 400 in western states

i am looking for a freshened up short block, either 400 or 440...i dont have the time to do this myself, other wise i would!!! kinda looking for a 451 stroker, or just a good b motor. got a bad 383 in where a 440 used to go...just trying to get some help...

<gross...they eat a lot in hawaii...yucky
