Default 440 engine buildup?

Once I get my car I am thinking of building up a combo like this:

-440 block
-Original forged crank
-New aftermarket rods, just to be safe (any suggestions there?)
-Forged pistons so I can add power later
-915 heads (I doubt ill get my hands on some Max Wedge heads) with some mild porting, basically a bowl porting
-Mopar .509 cam (I think there are there variants of this cam, if there are which is the best to use?)
Open plenum intake, probably Weiand or Edelbrock

I havent selected rocker types or anything yet, I would probably try to get some Max Wedge style rockers because I beleive they are supposed to be good for mild high performance engines. What do you guys think? What kind of power can I make with this and do you have any suggestions? Im probably going to be running a B body around 3600 lbs with a 4.10 Dana if I can get my hands on one. Probably an A33 4 speed because I want to drive it everyday and will get better gas mileage with it. With some good tires and the skill of a 16 year old ripping through the gears (I think I should be okay off the line and good with practice, but assume I will light em up alot) what kind of ETs should I expect. I think mid to high 12s and around 470 hp as an output. Hack away at me.

Get better than a Mopar .509. Its old and needs alot of compression. If you like the lift, get a newer grind like the purple plus cams from Crane or whoever makes those. Just get the story straight throughout the entire buildup, start with a plan and dont deviate from it and youll have a good mill. An 833 trans will help the cam builder get you a good grind. Stock HD rockers will work fine. A "B" with a 470 HP 440/833 ~ 4.10 rear and a 16 year old brain behind the wheel; let us know where you live so we can steer clear!

LOL I live in Danbury, CT. I do like alot of lift. BTW, I realized I forgot to give the CR I would run. I would run around 10-10.5:1 compression and for carburation I would run something like a Holley 800 cfm double pumper and then, when I had the money, switch to a 6 pack. Dont worry, I can keep my foot off the gas and am pretty level headed (Ive heard alot of stories when people dont do that LOL) but im still not going to be the safest driver. What kind of LCA/LSA and overlap would be optimal? How about the duration?
