Need Sum Help

I found a 73 360/727 out of a motorhome w/58000 miles to replace the 318/904 in my 73 scamp. Well my head about x-plode trying to come with what parts will work the best together as a package. I do know im going to have the block decked and a .030 bore with sum flat tops, but what cam (and specs) should i use with what carb/intakepackage? I think the stock heads are 188-160 are these heads worth keeping if machined or just pop for some 202s? Will or should i cange out the converter? stahl? The gears will soon be 4.10s. My target is 400hp which i think is very doable. Thanks in advance for your help.
