Default

Street pressure should clearly be on the side of the tire.

Default Pressure depends on wheel width vs tire width.......

Do burn-outs on street (or drive way) and look for any un-even pattern. Dark outside means too little pressure. Dark in the center means too much pressure. On the street you will have to run more pressure just to keep the car straight in the truns. Too little and the rear will come out from under you on cornering. Straight line is different.
I use to run auto-cross, - you know where the cars drive real fast between the cones? We often ran 40 to 44 in the front tires and about 28 in the rear for street tires. Everything is subjective.

Just thinking out loud.
