Default Valve Train Swap??

I have a set of 302 heads from an 87 318 and I have a 73 318 (I think?? I can't make out the last year, it's either a 78, 76 or 73). The heads off the 318 have newer valve train on it. Would I have any issues swapping out the valves, springs and rockers onto the 302 heads? Both sets should be 1.78 intake and 1.50 exhaust?

Yes, you can swap all that stuff over. Just don't expect to see any gain from it though. Not really worth all the work unless all of it's already tore down to begin with.

302 heads have exhaust valve rotators, so the springs will be different, and so will he retainers, other than that, you will be fine.
I think the 302 heads have four groove locks too...........as long as you sswap out everything, you will be fine.
