It will fit in the engine. There are a couple other guys on the site that will correct anything else I say about the swap so you will have to wait for them to chime in. Dan

unless you have a solid cammed 273, then you will need diff lifters, and pushrods.
I have a cam that was in my 360 in my 273 now, it is 486 lift I think, cant remember, as I have 1.6 magnum rockers on it, and it changed the cam's lift. runs good.
