Problem activating an account.

I just wanted to bring something to someones attention. I am new here, so if there is a particular person to send a PM to, I can't find it. The "Contact Us" button at the bottom doesn't work.

When I created my first account earlier today, I was given the option to allow admins to send me notices, or I could uncheck the box, to not allow them. I unchecked the box. Apparently that stopped my confirmation email from being sent, because 3 hours later, I created this account, but this time I allowed the admins to send me emails. The registration confirmation email was in my primary email inbox instantly.

I just don't understand why, during registration, you are given the option to disable something, which stops you from completing the registration process.

Are you sure you have 2 accounts? You are shown as having 2 posts under this name.

I don't believe that checking or unchecking that box affects your registration.
