W-5 oiling problems

i was asking a mopar retailer down here about a set of W-5's.He told me he wouldn't sell them to me even if he had them.The reason he say's is that he has heard ppl are having a lot of problems with oiling to the head.Apparently the galleries from the head to the block don't match up correctly and that MOPAR are'nt even gonna look into the matter.
Has anyone had the same problem?thanx
