Saw our new PT Cruiser on Saturday 4-8 It is cranberry red and loaded. It came in to a small dealership in S.D. The only problem is that it has to set on thew showroom for two weeks, but it should be worth the wait!

Glad to hear you got one, Steve. If your dealer plans to display it, as you mentioned, you may want to pull guard duty at the dealership to protect your Cruiser from kids with sticky fingers. Enjoy cruisin'.

You know what? I'll bet that's why so many dealers have them locked in the showrooms... Because someone has already bought it!!!

I was same situation,accepted the green 28G spec. car instead of waiting 2-3 mos. for the red I ordered. Picked up car 2 days ago after showroom for 12 days. It's a tuff wait but worth it.
