U are mixing 2 issues.
Issue 1
How do U wire the subs up for a 2 ohm load?
Assuming the subs are 4 ohm, wire the plus terminal of sub 1 to the plus of sub 2. Next wire the minus terminal of sub 1 to the minus of sub 2, then take 1 wire from the sub's plus and connect to the amp (+terminal) then do the same for sub's minus terminal and connect to the amp (- terminal).

Issue 2
The boss amp may not have enough power @ 2 ohms but try it, typically the lower cost amps have little current and are not satisfactory for subs. To connect U want it to be in a bridged (mono) mode check the info carefully either the manual or markings on the speaker terminals.

If after getting everything running check the amp's temperature, if really hot U better turn it down or consider upgrading
the amp.....
