Default AM/FM Tuning Problem

I recently had to swop out my audio system in my Dodge Nitro (RES AM/FM/MP3/DVD Player) because of discs that got stuck. The dealer replaced it with an identical new unit. With this new unit I have difficulty tuning into specific FM stations (which was not the case with the previous unit). The tuner changes stations in increments of two (94.5 - 94.7 - 94.9) and only in uneven numbers (5,7,9). For that reason I can not tune into a station like 94.8 (ending on an even number).

Is there maybe some settings I should change in order for me to change stations in single digit increments?
