Infinity AM/FM Cassette Radio
I have a 1990 Chrysler Le Baron Convertible. It has the Infinity am/fm cassette radio. I removed the radio and noticed that there are two connections that are not currently in use and was wondering what they are for. One looks like a female connection similar to the mouse connection on a computer. The other looks like a ethernet connection on a computer. Sorry for the reference to a computer but that is the best way I can explain what they look like. Any help would be appreciated.

Like they say, a picture is worth a thousand words...
I think that one or both of those connectors was for the optional 6 disc CD changer. |

I don't think satellite radio was available in 90, although a newer radio may have been installed.
I'd go with the cd player that ehostler suggested. |

The mouse looking connector was for an external CD player and the earthnet connector was for some kind of a phone, for more info check out allpar.com
http://www.allpar.com/stereo/infinity-guide.html they have a bunch of stuff about diffrent sterios used in chrysler product to include several infinitys. |
