Default Get involved on the board

Come on there isn't much to read here, but there is always 100 or so looking.
Does anybody have to run stock press fit rods. What kind eage quit making them scat don't have them, I'm trying to us some 6.125 push the bushing out bore to 9.82 pin boss for the press. Turn the crank down to 2.100

I've used stock pressed rods in my pure stock. Everything stock, except the cam and oil pan. Ran it to 6500 rpm.

Ran for a season and half or so. No problems.

You know aftering thinking this through, with this engine package rule being in its last year I think the 6.125 deal will wait till next year to move forward on them. I'm just dealing with the stock Mag for now.

Is most people on here running a two eyebrow forged flat top piston. All my other builds have this set up in them but the .927 wrist pins is getting hard to find on the shelve.

wow JC I posted a simple suspention Question on the drag forum for my strip car and got 3000 readers and not one reply ? so I guess we are doing better here
