Default mopar motor plate ???

I am looking for a Mopar motor plate. The one from Speedway motors is junk and does not even line up with the block bolt holes.

Which ones do you use and where can I get one ?

Thanks a bunch !!!

Ram Racing has one for about $50.00 steel, they dont stock aluminum. The one from Speedway, i agree doesnt line up, and the guys at Speedway are morons lately, you would not believe the answer i got about the plate. However it will work if you grind or oblong the holes a little, 2 holes have to be opened up a little and one has to be redrilled. Use the dowel pins for centering, they are correct. At least they were on ours. It will work. Will take a little finesse however.

Just thought of something else, the solid mounts from Speedway Motors, fit well, from Moroso. However, depending what kind of car your racing, pain in the but to get anything to line up. We took the solid mounts install them and then welded gm small block solid mounts to them. The triangular solid chevy mounts, the angle is perfect, so that the finish product looks just like the chevy mounting system for a modified, imca or other wise. Will try to remember and take a picture of one and post it.

Lightbulb Drag Suppliers

Several drag racing chassis suppliers offer aluminum engine plates. I think Chris Alston's Chassis Works and Morrison both have them listed. I think they are like $85.
