92 Dakota Pickup No Spark
Working On A 92 Dakota Pickup Truck With A 3.9 Liter V6 Engine. Vehicle Will Not Communicate With Solus Pro Diagnostic Tester. Engine Will Crank Over Good But Does Not Fire At Plugs Are Coil also there is no fuel pressure. No Power Running To Coil Wiring When Tested With Test Light. New Pickup Module Has Been Installed Already By Owner. Im Kinda Thinking I Have A Bad Pcm But Any Thoughts On This Would Be Greatly Appreciated. Thanks

There are several splices in the wiring harness that runs over the brake booster, along the drivers inner fender, and to the headlamps. I want to say 5 or 7 splices? One right on top of the brake booster, then several around the washer fluid tank and some more by the battery. anyways they are common for getting corroded and coming apart.
I'd start with checking all the powers and grounds to the PCM. |
