4.7 STARTER PROBLEMS
I have a 2000 Dakota Quad Cab, 4.7 with auto. When the vehicle is left outside overnight, and the temperature drops below twenty degrees, upon the first start in the morning, the starter stays engaged for a split second after the engine starts. The dealer has already changed the starter to no avail. Any ideas? No problems above 20 degrees.
