I bought my 2500 4x4 ext cab diesel about 7 months ago. A little over a month ago, the wheels quit turning at stop. Took it into the dealer and they replaced everything but the steering wheel and the linkage. Never could fix it. Now the don't want to deal with me anymore, and have told me they are not going to do anything more with it because I had one size bigger than stock tires and a aftermarket bumber. Since then I've returned the tires to stock size and they still don't want to deal with me. I don't think it is the bumper because for one it weighs less than I do, and the diesel susp. should be able to hold it; and two I use to work for the bumper manufacture and we've put these bumpers on a lot smaller trucks than this one and the handled it fine. So does anyone have any suggestions about what I should do, or any idea what the problem might be. Thanks

first thing I would do is step on their tail and ask them what the difference is between your truck and one optioned with the plow prep package.Answer:nothing to do with the steering. Then while they are still saying duh, TELL them to put it back in the shop and fix it like they should have the first time. and by the way if they are going to keep it overnight wheres the loaner car parked.
