Default Windshield Wiper

I have a Dodge 01 Cummins 4x4 2500 and the windshield wipers quit on me while I was out of the truck and they stopped in the park position. Fuse okay relay ok, not sure where to look for problem. It seems weird they would stop in the park position. Has anybody had any experience with the wipers and what would be the best place to start. Thanks in advance

When the wipers lose power from the control switch they will go to the Park position because the Park switch is powered even when the control switch is Off so it sounds like there is no power from the control switch.
